Cold Plate is consist of copper tubes, pressed into channeled aluminum extrusion. Cold plates are cost-effective and offer good bulk heat removal for low-to-medium watt densities. It can be mounted on both sides of this compact and lightweight cold plate, making it ideal for applications where heat loads are moderate and space is at a premium;  Product features: superior performance, thin and lightweight, dual-sided or single side mounting, water compatible to solve challenging thermal requirements for OEMs, cold plates dimensions, tubing configurations and more can be customized designed to optimize performance.
