VC Plate is Similar to heat pipe in principle, but different in conduction mode. The heat pipe is one-dimensional linear heat conduction, while the heat in the vacuum chamber plate is conducting on a two-dimensional surface, so it's more efficiency. Usually used with aluminum heat sink or mounted fan. After absorbing the heat from the chip, the liquid at the bottom of the vacuum chamber evaporates and diffuses into the vacuum chamber. The heat is transferred to the cooling fin, and then condenses back to the bottom as the liquid. This kind of process is similar to the evaporation and condensation of refrigerator and air conditioner, which circulates rapidly in the vacuum chamber and achieves a high heat dissipation efficiency.
